DIE-CUTTING

The next step after cutting
adhesive tapes to custom widths

What is die-cutting?

Die-cutting of adhesive tapes involves creating complex geometric shapes cut from precise designs using various types of die-cutting machines. These customized adhesive shapes perfectly match the geometries of the final product, reducing work or assembly times, enhancing the design of the finished product, and potentially replacing traditional mechanical fastening techniques with a significantly more efficient outcome.

What is die-cutting used for?

Depending on the material, required quantity, and application characteristics, it is our job to advise you on the correct type of die-cutting. This is our added value, born from our passion and over 50 years of experience.

Our consulting and design work begins with selecting the most suitable adhesive tape for the specific application. We collaborate to find the best way to produce it, offering you a solution that minimizes waste and makes your work easier and faster.

How is an adhesive die-cut made?

We work with flatbed and rotary die-cutters, as well as a laser cutter, ideal for small runs or special formats. We offer various types of die-cuts: individual pieces fully cut or kiss-cut, on rolls or sheets. In addition to shaped adhesives, we can also provide essential options for better application upon request, such as the addition of an extended liner or a finger lift tab, which greatly assist in the application process.
